Abstract

У статті розкриваються питання щодо необхідності ідентифікації фізичних та юридичних осіб які мають відношення та приймають безпосередню участь у створенні та розповсюджені фальсифікованої продукції яка ставить під загрозу не лише здоров’я та життя споживачів, а може становити загрозу благополуччя та розвитку нації. Робота буде націлена на розробку методології, інструментів та засобів для реалізації «Система реєстрації безвідповідального виробника» та «Індекс надійності». The article reveals the issues of the need to identify individuals and legal entities that are related and directly involved in the creation and distribution of falsified products that endanger not only the health and life of consumers, but may pose a threat to the well-being and development of the nation. The work will be aimed at developing the methodology, tools and means of implementing the "Irresponsible Manufacturer Registration System" and "Reliability Index".
